Financial Analysis & Modeling:
• Construct complex financial models including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), 3 statement forecast modeling, and Merger Consequences analysis.
• Perform comprehensive valuation analysis using trading comparables (comps) and precedent transactions.
• Analyze company financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) to identify value drivers.
Transaction Execution:
• Draft and prepare client presentation materials (pitch books), information memorandums (IM), and management presentations.
• Manage Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) and coordinate the due diligence process with legal, accounting, and technical advisors.
• Maintain active deal logs and pipeline reports for regional management.
Research & Market Intelligence:
• Conduct deep-dive industry research specifically within the Vietnam market context (e.g., Real Estate, Consumer, Fintech, Industrials).
• Monitor Vietnam’s regulatory landscape (SSC regulations, Decree updates) and macroeconomic trends to support senior banker advisory.
Yêu cầu
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 (or equivalent). Majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred.
Language: Native fluency in Vietnamese and professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (shortcuts, modeling) and PowerPoint.
Attributes: Extreme attention to detail, ability to work under high pressure/tight deadlines, and high ethical standards.
Preferred:
Previous internship experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services.
Experience with data providers (Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ).
