Deal Management & Execution:
• Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions, serving as the primary point of contact for working-level client teams (CFOs, Strategy Directors).
• Oversee the drafting of prospectuses, shareholder circulars, and definitive agreements in coordination with external legal counsel.
• Anticipate potential deal hurdles (regulatory, valuation, timeline) and propose solutions to Senior Bankers.
Supervision & Quality Control:
• Review and validate financial models and valuation materials prepared by Analysts to ensure 100% accuracy and logic.
• Guide Analysts on the narrative and structure of pitch books before they reach the Vice President/Director level.
• Mentor and train Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Strategic Advisory:
• Assist Senior Bankers in structuring complex financial solutions tailored to the Vietnamese regulatory environment (e.g., FX controls, foreign ownership limits).
• Identify potential deal targets or buyers based on market trends and client strategic goals.
Yêu cầu
Required:
Experience: Minimum of 3 full years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A or Coverage).
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university. An MBA from a reputable business school is highly regarded but not mandatory if work experience is stellar.
Language: Native fluency in Vietnamese and English. Ability to translate complex financial concepts between languages seamlessly.
Technical Skills: Mastery of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
Preferred:
Sector Expertise: Proven track record of closing deals in key Vietnamese sectors (Real Estate, Banking/FIG, Consumer/Retail).
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Law on Enterprises and Law on Securities in Vietnam.
Leadership experience in managing small teams or deal modules.
